It is a great hotel with nice view of the bay. The building is amazing and the rooms are brand-new and new-fashioned. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is helpful and attentive.

My favorite property in Acapulco. Nice secured hotel with particularly nice views of the bay. Fantastic and incredible location a super close walk to Yak Galerias Diana Casino. Based just next door to The Galleria, a shopping mall, restaurants, convenient stores and grocery stores, and center.

During our stay at Suites Jazmin, we had a minor issue with the shower head being broken. However, the staff was quick to address the problem and fix it for us. They were attentive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The bed was also comfortable and clean, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we overall had a satisfactory experience at Suites Jazmin.

This hotel is conveniently located near everything. I enjoyed the close proximity to many restaurants and the fact that it is very close to the ocean. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Also, the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall and has easy access to a famous landmark. Onsite parking is available. The free WiFi provided was functioning well. The staff was extremely helpful and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay at Suites Jazmin was enjoyable. The kitchenette in our room was perfect for preparing meals. The staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location was also ideal, being just a block from the beach and half a block from the strip. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great location near the beach and nightlife area. The fully equipped kitchenette was perfect for cooking our own meals. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

The rooms were outdated and in need of furniture updates. WiFi was inaccessible on the third floor.
